Terms & conditions

All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We work hard to keep prices accurate; if an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order with you by phone or WhatsApp and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if the delivery details are incomplete — and will tell you if we do.

Payment is collected in cash by the courier when your parcel is delivered. Please only place an order you intend to receive: repeatedly refused or unanswered cash-on-delivery orders may mean we ask for an advance payment on future orders.

Every product we sell is genuine. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the product in person, depending on your display. Product information comes from the brands; always read the label, and patch-test new skincare and makeup if you have sensitive skin.

Delivery is covered by our Delivery page, returns and cancellations by our Returns & exchanges page, and your personal information by our Privacy policy. They form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer under the law.
