Yes. Every product we sell is genuine, in its original packaging. If you have a question about a specific item, contact us with your order number.

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — nothing is paid online.

Rs 250 per order, and free on orders over Rs 5,000. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, to anywhere in Pakistan.

Yes. We call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave at checkout to confirm the order before it is dispatched, and send the tracking number once it is with the courier.

Couriers collect payment before the parcel is opened. If anything inside is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Sealed, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty. See Returns & exchanges for the details.

Yes, free of charge, until it is dispatched. Reply to our confirmation call or message, or contact us with your order number.

Message us on WhatsApp with a photo in daylight and the product you are looking at, and we will help you choose.

No. Checkout is guest-only. You can look up any order later with its order number and the email address you used.
