When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. When you contact us or join our newsletter we keep your name, email address and message.

We do not take card or bank details on this website — orders are paid in cash on delivery.

To confirm, deliver and support your order; to answer your messages; and, if you subscribed, to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your name, phone number and address are shared with our courier partners so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment. We use a service provider to send order emails. We never sell your personal information.

Your shopping bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and receive information such as the pages you visit, the products you view or add to your bag, and completed orders (order value and products — not your name or address).

You can control ad personalisation in your Google account (adssettings.google.com) and in Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, returns and warranty purposes. Contact messages and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
