Good to know

Delivery times start from dispatch and are counted in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Remote areas can take a few days longer.

If we cannot reach you on the number you gave to confirm the order, we will try again before cancelling it. Please keep your phone on until your parcel arrives — the courier may call before delivering.

We ship within Pakistan only.

Paying on delivery

Please have the exact order total ready in cash. The amount is shown on your order confirmation and in your confirmation email. Couriers collect payment before the parcel is opened; if anything inside is wrong or damaged, see our Returns & exchanges page — we will put it right.
